Sunday afternoon’s game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Los Angeles Angels has been postponed due to inclement weather.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Aug. 10 in Los Angeles. The Blue Jays will serve as the home team despite playing in the Angels’ stadium.
Toronto was looking to end its first home series of the season on a high note after exploding for 15 runs against the Angels on Saturday. That game was also delayed for multiple hours due to weather conditions in Dunedin, Fla.
The Blue Jays are back in action on Monday as they host the New York Yankees.
