Thomas' grand slam lifts Guardians past Tigers, will face Yankees in ALCS

Lane Thomas hit a grand slam in the bottom of the fifth inning off Tarik Skubal and Steven Kwan had three hits as the Cleveland Guardians defeated the Detroit Tigers 7-3, punching their ticket to the ALCS, where they'll face the New York Yankees.
