In what has been a frantic post-lockout off-season across Major League Baseball, the Toronto Blue Jays continued to cement their place as players in the market, acquiring All-Star first baseman Matt Chapman from the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday.

Ross Atkins, the Blue Jays general manager, will speak publicly for the first time since finalizing the deal and his comments can be seen in their entirety right here on Sportsnet, starting at 2:20 p.m. ET, using the video player atop this page.
