Blue Jays’ Cimber reinstated from IL, White moved to 60-day IL

Toronto Blue Jays relief pitcher Adam Cimber has been reinstated from the injured list and will be active for Tuesday’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays, the team announced.

Cimber was put on the 15-day injured list on April 24 due to a right rhomboid strain.

The 32-year-old has recorded a 4.50 ERA over 10 innings in the 2023 season, with six strikeouts.

Infielder Ernie Clement has been selected to the Major League roster and will also be active Tuesday.

Right-handed pitcher Thomas Hatch and infielder Otto Lopez have been optioned down to triple-A Buffalo, while right-hander Mitch White has been transferred to the 60-day injured list.
