The Toronto Blue Jays reinstated Zach Pop from the 15-day injured list on Sunday and optioned the right-handed pitcher to triple-A Buffalo.
Pop sustained an injury to his right hamstring strain during a game on May 4 and had to be helped off of the field.
The 26-year-old from Brampton, Ont., has made 15 relief appearances for the Blue Jays this season with a 1-1 record, 6.59 ERA and 14 strikeouts over 13.2 innings.
