Toronto Blue Jays top prospect Ricky Tiedemann headlines a group of eight players who will represent the club in the Arizona Fall League.

The announcement comes hours before Tiedemann makes his triple-A debut starting for the Buffalo Bisons.

The left-handed starter is Toronto’s No. 1 prospect according to MLB Pipeline. In 11 starts this season with double-A New Hampshire Tiedemann has a 5.06 ERA with 58 strikeouts.

Joining Tiedemann in the Arizona Fall League will be:

RHP Trent Palmer
RHP Fitz Stadler
RHP CJ Van Eyk
OF Will Robertson
OF Dasan Brown
INF Damiano Palmegiani

Each MLB team sends at least seven prospects to the Arizona Fall League, where they are split into six teams across the state. The Toronto players will play for the Surprise Saguaros.
