Dodgers’ Kershaw exits with foot injury after giving up homer to Carroll

Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw exited Friday’s game against the Arizona Diamondbacks in the second inning after giving up a home run to Corbin Carroll. The team said it was due to left big toe pain.
