Cédric Doumbé stole the show in his in front of the home crowd in France with a first-round victory at the second Bellator Champions Series event of 2024.
Doumbé picked up a technical knockout win over Jaleel Willis and did so in front of NBA star Victor Wembanyama who sat impressed cageside.
After dodging some aggressive attacks, the former kickboxer Doumbé landed a series of strikes and ended things early.
Afterwards he participated in a stare down and verbally agreed to a future matchup with Anthony Pettis.
The event was headlined by Patchy Mix defending his Bellator bantamweight title with a split decision win over Magomed Magomedov.
