Olympian Kaillie Humphries is moving from the bobsled track to the Octagon. At least for a taste.

The 28-year-old Calgary native, who piloted Canada to gold at the Sochi Games in two-man bobsled, tweeted Tuesday that she would be at "The Ultimate Fighter Nations Finale" card on April 16 in Quebec City.

A UFC spokesman said Humphries is a fan of mixed martial arts who is "getting her first taste of fun training." But she is not fighting.

The bobsledder will attend a public event April 13 and will "learn a few things firsthand with some of our fighters.

"She’ll then come to the fight and will likely also attend the weigh-ins," the UFC spokesman said. "She’s been a huge fan so we’re happy to have her out.

Humphries, along with teammate Heather Moyse, were Canada’s flagbearers at the Winter Olympics closing ceremony on Feb. 23.

The Quebec card will serve as the finale of the UFC reality TV show that has put a team of Canadian fighters against a group of mixed martial artists from Australia.
