After a weekend off, the UFC returns to action Saturday — this time across the pond in London, England — and Sportsnet will be your home for six live fights, with another half-dozen on Sportsnet.ca.

The main card for UFC on Sportsnet: Barao vs. MacDonald will air on Sportsnet East, Ontario, West and Pacific starting at 3 p.m. ET. Prior to that, you can watch live preliminary bouts on Sportsnet.ca starting at 12:15 p.m. ET.

Interim bantamweight champion Renan Barao, who has won 29 straight fights (with one no contest), defends his belt against rising stud Michael McDonald in the five-round headliner. The co-main event sees Cub Swanson meet Dustin Poirier in a pivotal featherweight tilt.

The rest of the card is filled with British talent, including Gunnar Nelson, Che Mills, Terry Etim and Paul Sass.

In addition, Canadian Ryan Jimmo of Edmonton takes on New Zealand’s James Te-Huna on the main card. Jimmo will be hard pressed to improve upon his Octagon debut in July, when he scored a seven-second knockout of Anthony Perosh at UFC 149 in Calgary.
