After Thursday's pre-fight faceoff between Nate Diaz and Jake Paul, both fighters' teams got into a brawl and threw punches at each other on stage.
Both camps' security teams got into a shoving match with subsequent punches thrown after things got heated between the two fighters and their groups.
Paul and Diaz will face each other in a boxing match at American Airlines Center in Dallas on Saturday night.
Diaz's team claims one of Paul's security guards went after its fighter and affiliates on stage, and Paul responded to the accusation in a social media post, saying the member of Diaz's team that was on the stage threw a punch first and then got hit by a Paul security guard.
Diaz and Paul were mostly on the outskirts of the altercation.
Before the brawl, tensions at the news conference were raised when a member of Paul's Betr media team egged on and taunted Diaz with a question, saying he couldn't wait for Paul to knock Diaz out.
The two teams have a history of bad blood dating back to October 2022 when the two camps got into it during Paul's fight against Anderson Silva and Diaz slapped a security guard during the skirmish.
