Philadelphia 76ers guard Danny Green suffered a right calf strain early on in Friday’s Game 3 against the Atlanta Hawks and will not return, the team announced.
Green played just four minutes, securing one rebound, before hobbling off the court in visible discomfort.
In seven post-season games with Philadelphia this season, Green has averaged eight points on 43.8 per cent shooting from the floor, as well as three assists.
No further update on Green’s availability moving forward has been disclosed by the team at this time.
Heading into Friday’s game, the 76ers and Hawks were tied, 1-1, in their best-of-seven series.
