Philadelphia 76ers guard Tyrese Maxey has left Friday night's game against the Milwaukee Bucks with an apparent ankle injury.
Maxey rolled his left ankle while attempting a layup near the end of the second quarter and did not return to the game in the second half. ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reported that Maxey will undergo an MRI on Saturday.
Maxey had picked up 24 points, four rebounds and five assists against the Bucks in just under two quarters of action.
