The Philadelphia 76ers officially signed veteran centre Andre Drummond to a one-year contract, the team announced on Wednesday.

Drummond appeared in 46 games (all starts) last season, posting averages of 14.9 points and 12.0 rebounds along with 1.4 steals and 1.1 blocks in 27.0 minutes per outing split between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Los Angeles Lakers.

The two-time all-star was acquired by the Lakers shortly after the trade deadline last season after agreeing to his buyout from Cleveland. The Cavaliers acquired Drummond at the trade deadline in 2020 for Brandon Knight, John Henson and a second-round pick.
