Cleveland Cavaliers guard Isaac Okoro added some sizzle to his shoe collection on Wednesday.
The 23-year-old debuted sneakers honouring former ESPN journalist Adrian Wojnarowski's final 'Woj bomb,' which broke the news of Okoro's three-year contract extension with Cleveland.
In September, Wojnarowski unexpectedly announced his retirement from ESPN to join his alma mater St. Bonaventure as the general manager for the men's basketball program.
Over his career at ESPN and Yahoo, Wojnarowski became known as the NBA's top news breaker as his tweets of major transactions were often the first place fans would see their team's major moves. Those morsels of information became known as 'Woj bombs.'
The Okoro tweet was Wojnarowski's last NBA-related "bomb" before switching jobs.
Okoro's shoes, made by Holo Footwear, are black with red detailing and include a red image of a bomb on each heel.
His Cavaliers were looking to improve to 13-0 during a visit to the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday.
