Kyle Lowry and Gary Trent Jr. are among five Toronto Raptors who will miss Wednesday night’s game against the San Antonio Spurs.
Lowry is out for rest for the second straight night, while Trent Jr. is dealing with right ankle soreness, according to the team. Fred VanVleet, who has missed the last six games due to a hip injury, will serve his one-game suspension for leaving the bench during a scuffle with the Los Angeles Lakers last week.
DeAndre’ Bembry will miss his second straight game due to hamstring tightness and rookie Jalen Harris remains out of the lineup, having last played on March 14.
In positive injury news, Paul Watson Jr. returns to the Raptors’ lineup on Wednesday after missing 11 games due to the league’s health and safety protocols.
