Out of the playoff picture in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors will play Thursday night’s game against the Chicago Bulls without eight of their players.
Kyle Lowry will again miss the game for rest, while OG Anunoby, and Fred VanVleet are all out for injury recovery. Pascal Siakam (shoulder), Aron Baynes (foot), Rodney Hood (hand) and Paul Watson (knee) are out as they continue to deal with injuries.
The Raptors were eliminated from contention for the Eastern Conference’s play-in tournament on Monday and dropped to 27-42 with Tuesday night’s loss to Kawhi Leonard and the Los Angeles Clippers.
Toronto will miss the post-season for the first time since 2013.
