The Orlando Magic have waived depth centre Bol Bol, President of Basketball Operations Jeff Weltman announced Tuesday.
The seven-foot-two Bol, whose father, Manute Bol played in the NBA from 1985 to 1997, played in 70 games (33 starts) last season with the Magic, averaging 9.1 points and 5.8 rebounds per game.
Originally selected in the second round (44th overall) of the 2019 NBA Draft by Miami, Bol has played in 123 career NBA regular season games, with 35 starts split between Denver and Orlando.
