The Toronto Raptors will be without RJ Barrett, Jakob Poeltl and Immanuel Quickley against the Chicago Bulls on Tuesday night.
This will be the second consecutive game all three players are unavailable as the Raptors continue a six-game road trip.
Barrett has been ruled out for his second consecutive game with left knee swelling. Quickley is unavailable due to a right quad contusion, marking three straight inactives for the starting point guard.
Poeltl has been out since Jan. 9 due to an ankle sprain. Despite practising recently, the Austrian is not ready to take on the Bulls. The injury has caused Poeltl to now miss 11 games in a row, and during that time the Raptors have gone 1-9.
The lack of Poeltl in the lineup has clearly impacted Toronto’s defence as they’ve had a defensive rating of 122.9 over his absence, ranked 27th in the NBA.
Currently, the Raptors are the 12th seed in the Eastern Conference with a 16-30 record in their first 46 games, and are in the midst of a five-game losing streak.
