The Toronto Raptors will be down another body as they take on the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
Forward Chris Boucher was ruled out ahead of the opening tip after having his wisdom teeth removed Thursday.
Earlier Friday, the Raptors recalled Jamison Battle and Colin Castleton from Raptors 905 for the game. Veteran RJ Barrett and Jakob Poeltl were listed out for rest Thursday.
Boucher is averaging 10.0 points and 4.5 rebounds for Toronto off the bench this season. The six-foot-nine Canadian is shooting 49.2 per cent from the floor and 36.3 per cent from three.
The Raptors signed Castleton, a centre, to a 10-day contract on Thursday. He has appeared in 10 games with the Memphis Grizzlies this season.
Battle is averaging 5.5 points in 39 games for the Raptors this season.
