After experiencing back spasms, Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry has left Monday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies and will not return.

It was not immediately clear when Lowry sustained the injury. The 34-year-old played eight minutes, scoring four points, before leaving toward the end of the first quarter.

Lowry has missed three games this season, with neither absence being related to a back issue. One was for personal reasons and two due to a toe infection.

In 20 games this season, Lowry has averaged 17.6 points, six rebounds and seven assists.
