The only player who has appeared in every Toronto Raptors game this season has now suffered an injury.
Shooting guard Ochai Agbaji was removed from Wednesday's game against the New York Knicks with a lower back contusion. He will not return.
Agbaji has started 33 of Toronto's 37 games so far this season and is sixth on the team with 10.7 points per game. He is third on the Raptors with a 40.7 shooting percentage from three.
The Raptors acquired Agbaji along with Kelly Olynyk in a trade with the Utah Jazz last season.
