The Toronto Raptors are resting a regular in the first half of a back-to-back.
Point guard Immanuel Quickley is set to sit out the team's game against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday, the team announced. According to the team, he has been ruled out due to rest.
The 25-year-old has struggled with injuries in his first full season with the Toronto Raptors. He has missed 41 of a possible 67 games.
He's been solid in the games he has suited up for, averaging 17.3 points, 3.5 rebounds and 5.5 assists while shooting 42.6 per cent from the field and 37.4 per cent from three-point range.
He suited up for the team's last game on Friday against the Utah Jazz.
Joining Quickley on the bench will be Ja'Kobe Walter (hip), Gradey Dick (knee) and Brandon Ingram (ankle), while RJ Barrett (illness), Ochai Agbaji (ankle) and Jonathan Mogbo (nose) have all been listed as questionable.
