Toronto Raptors point guard Immanuel Quickley could be headed back to the shelf.
Quickley was listed as questionable for Tuesday's Emirates NBA Cup opener against the Milwaukee Bucks with a left elbow sprain in the Raptors' Monday evening injury report.
The six-foot-two speedster previously missed eight games with a pelvic contusion suffered in the first game of the season before returning for the Raptors' weekend back-to-back in Los Angeles.
Over those two games, Quickley averaged 16.5 points and four rebounds while connecting on four of his 12 three-point attempts. The Raptors lost both games.
In his absence, the defensive-minded duo of Davion Mitchell and Jamal Shead have soaked up most of the Raptors' point-guard minutes.
