The Toronto Raptors have signed forward D.J. Wilson to a second 10-day contract using the league’s COVID-19 hardship exception, the team announced Friday.
The Raptors placed forward Yuta Watanabe and guard Svi Mykhailiuk in the league’s health and safety protocols on Tuesday.
Wilson, averaged 12.0 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals in two games during his first stint with the Raptors. He recorded 15 points, eight rebounds, four assists and a career-high five steals Dec. 26 against the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Raptors (18-17) are on a four-game win streak and currently sit in the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference. They are set to take on the Utah Jazz (28-10) on Friday night.
