The Toronto Raptors will be without star guard Fred VanVleet, who will be sidelined on the second night of a back-to-back against the Denver Nuggets on Saturday due to soreness in his right knee.
VanVleet missed four games earlier this month because of his knee as it has been something he has been dealing with since before the All-Star break.
VanVleet played 38 minutes Friday night against the Phoenix Suns and is averaging 21.3 points and 6.8 assists this season through 54 games.
The Denver Nuggets will also be without forward Aaron Gordon due to a foot injury. The 26-year old is averaging 14.5 points and 5.7 rebounds this season through 62 games.
