The Toronto Raptors have waived guard Jeff Dowtin Jr., and forwards Mouhamadou Gueye, and Justise Winslow.
With the cuts, Toronto’s roster now stands at the league maximum of 15 players, with three two-way players. Gueye and Winslow were on Exhibit 10 deals and will join the Raptors 905 in the G League.
Dowtin was signed to a two-way contract but would have his deal guaranteed if he was still on the roster Saturday. If Dowtin is not picked up, he'll return to the G League with the Delaware Blue Coats, the affiliate of former Raptors head coach Nick Nurse's Philadelphia 76ers.
The Raptors beat the Washington Wizards 134-98 to finish the pre-season with a 4-0 record. Toronto open the 2023-24 regular season on Oct. 25 against the Minnesota Timberwolves at 7:30 p.m. on Sportsnet.
