Philadelphia 76ers starting guard Danny Green is expected to miss two-to-three weeks with a right calf strain, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Green, 33, played four minutes in Friday’s Game 3 against the Atlanta Hawks before hobbling off the court in visible discomfort. The team later announced that he would not return to the game.
In seven post-season games with Philadelphia this season, Green has averaged eight points on 43.8 per cent shooting from the floor and has added three assists.
The 76ers lead the Hawks 2-1 in their second-round series, with Game 4 set for Monday.
