Paul Millsap has called it a career.
The four-time All-Star has retired from basketball, Shams Charania of ESPN reported on Tuesday.
Millsap, 39, averaged 13.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, 1.2 steals and 1 block over his 16-year career.
He was named to the NBA's all-defensive second team in the 2015-16 season after averaging 1.8 steals and 1.7 blocks over 81 games with the Atlanta Hawks.
The six-foot-seven forward was selected 47th overall in the 2006 NBA Draft and spent his first seven years with the Utah Jazz before playing for the Hawks, Denver Nuggets, Brooklyn Nets, and Philadelphia 76ers.
The Monroe, La., native last played in the NBA for the 76ers to finish the 2021-22 season after being traded to Philadelphia along with James Harden.
A strong defender and three-point shooter, Millsap is one of eight players all-time to record 500 three-pointers, 1,000 blocks, and 1,000 steals
