The New York Knicks and Mitchell Robinson have agreed to a new four-year, $60 million contract to keep the centre in the Big Apple, according to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Robinson, 24, has played his entire young career in New York since being drafted by the Knicks in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft.
The Pensacola, Fla., native has started at centre for the majority of the last two seasons and is one of the league's top shot-blockers, averaging 2.0 blocks a game for his entire career so far.
Last season, he also pitched in 8.5 points and 8.6 rebounds per game — 4.1 of which were offensive.
The Knicks have already been busy in free agency, reportedly inking point guard Jalen Brunson to a four-year, $110-million contract.
