The Detroit Pistons have reportedly traded Jerami Grant to the Portland Trail Blazers for a 2025 first-round pick, sources tell ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski.
Grant played in 47 games in 2021-22, averaging 19.2 points, 4.1 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game as the Pistons went 23-59. Grant missed time the past season with both a UCL ligament sprain in his right thumb as well as a left calf strain.
The deal includes Detroit receiving a 2022 second rounder, 36th overall, Portland's 2025 second rounder, and Portland or New Orlean's 2026 second rounder, whichever one is better.
Portland will receive a 2022 second rounder, 46th overall in the deal along with Grant.
