Portland Trail Blazers guard CJ McCollum is reportedly nearing a return from a collapsed lung.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, McCollum is expected to be in the lineup when the Blazers visit the Orlando Magic Monday.
McCollum was injured in Dec. 4 game against the Celtics and diagnosed with a collapsed right lung on Dec. 7. On Dec. 23, the team announced he was fully healed and cleared to return to team activities.
In 24 games this season, McCollum is averaging 20.6 points, 4.1 rebounds and 4.5 assists. His addition will be a big boost to a Blazers team after all-NBA guard Damian Lillard had abdominal surgery earlier this week.
