Joakim Noah is set to retire from basketball after a 13-year career in the NBA, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic
The 36-year-old plans to eventually retire as a member of the Chicago Bulls where he spent the majority of his career. Noah was a two-time NBA All-Star and was named the Defensive Player of the Year in the 2013-14 season.
In 13 seasons Noah averaged 8.8 points and 9.0 rebounds per game. He last played in the NBA with the Los Angeles Clippers for five games last season.
