Stephenson joined the Pacers on a first 10-day contract, confirming his third career stint with the team, on Jan. 14. The guard began his NBA career in Indiana and lined up for the Pacers from 2010-14, then returned for the 2017-18 season.
The 31-year-old started the 2021-22 season with the G League’s Grand Rapids Gold before signing a 10-day contract with the Atlanta Hawks in December. Stephenson has averaged 6.8 points, three assists and 2.5 rebounds in 17 NBA games this season.
