The Toronto Raptors have signed former 10th overall pick Justise Winslow, the team announced Friday.
In a corresponding move, the team waived Makur Maker and he is expected to join the Raptors 905 if he clears.
Sportsnet's Blake Murphy reports that the deal is an Exhibit 10 deal and the intention is for Winslow to go to the 905.
Winslow, 27, was selected by the Miami Heat in the first round of the 2015 NBA Draft.
The Duke product's best season came in 2018-19 when he averaged 12.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game.
Injuries have been a real problem for Winslow throughout his career. He played in just 29 games for the Portland Trail Blazers last season, averaging 6.8 points and five rebounds per game.
