Golden State Warriors guard Andrew Wiggins will play through his rib injury as his team takes on the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 6.
Wiggins, from Vaughan, Ont., had 25 points on 10-of-18 shooting, seven rebounds and five assists during Game 5 on Wednesday to help the defending champions stave off elimination with a 121-106 victory in San Francisco.
Over 12 games this post-season, the 28-year-old has averaged 17.6 points, 5.9 rebounds and 1.9 assists.
The Warriors will attempt to stay alive in the Western Conference Semifinals on Friday night as the Lakers hold a 3-2 series lead and home-court advantage.
