Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant has been diagnosed with a sprained medial collateral of the left knee after an MRI on Sunday, the team announced.

The team says Durant is expected to make a full recovery after a period of rehabilitation.

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, there’s optimism he’ll make a return in four to six weeks.

The injury occurred Saturday against the New Orleans Pelicans. Durant exited the game at the 5:44 mark of the second quarter after colliding with teammate Bruce Brown.

Durant is currently averaging 29.3 points, 7.4 rebounds and 5.8 assists this season.
