Report: Canada’s Oshae Brissett signs two-year deal with Celtics

Canadian forward Oshae Brissett has signed a two-year deal with the Boston Celtics, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports.

The undrafted Brissett, a native of Mississauga, Ont., played 19 games with the Toronto Raptors in 2019-20 before he was waived prior to the following season.

The six-foot-seven Brissett, 25, then caught on with the Indiana Pacers.

This past season, the Syracuse product averaged 6.1 points and 3.4 rebounds in 65 games.

Brissett’s older brother, Dejon, is a receiver for the Toronto Argonauts.
