Report: Nik Stauskas, Bucks agree to one-year deal

The Milwaukee Bucks have agreed to a one-year deal with Canadian wing Nik Stauskas, according to ESPN’s Zach Lowe.

The former eighth-overall pick in the 2014 draft, Stauskas last played in the NBA in 2018-19 with the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he suited up for 24 games before making the trip overseas to play with Spanish club Saski Baskonia.

In February, he and the Baskonia mutually agreed to part ways, leading the 27-year-old to try and make an NBA comeback.

With the Cavaliers, the sharpshooting Stauskas averaged 5.5 points and two rebounds on 36.7 per cent shooting from the field and 42.9 per cent shooting from distance.
