Buccaneers' Brady downplays shoulder knock: 'It'll be alright, it's football'

Sam Acho joins Eric Thomas to discuss the big stories of Week 4 of the NFL, including a trio of veteran teams that haven’t quite found their footing in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Baltimore Ravens, and Green Bay Packers.

Even at 45, Tom Brady is shrugging off the hits — though it appears they're starting to hurt a little more.

In the second quarter of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Sunday night game against the Kansas City Chiefs, cornerback L'Jarius Sneed sacked Brady to force a fumble. Brady then held his right shoulder area as he got up, appearing to injure his throwing arm.

Once on the sideline, the five-time Super Bowl champion continued to hold his shoulder and practised throwing for roughly five minutes. He then proceeded to play the remainder of the game.

When asked about his possibly injury following the 41-31 loss, Brady downplayed it, saying: "It'll be alright, it's football."

However severe the knock may or may not have been, it didn't seem to affect his performance.

Brady finished the evening with 385 passing yards and three passing touchdowns, throwing 39-of-52 without an interception.
