Buffalo Bills coach Sean McDermott ruled Keon Coleman out on Friday for the team’s upcoming road game against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
The rookie wide-out is dealing with a wrist injury that kept him from participating in practice Wednesday and Thursday.
It is possible the Michigan State product misses more than one game.
“It’s a week-to-week deal,” McDermott said Friday in the Bills weekly injury report. “It’ll probably be multiple weeks.”
Coleman was a second-round draft pick — Buffalo's first pick in 2024 — and is one of the Bills’ top pass-catching options. He is tied for first on the team with three touchdown catches and is second with 417 receiving yards.
Without Coleman, Buffalo’s offence still has a bevy of offensive weapons, including receivers Amari Cooper Khalil Shakir, and Mack Hollins, tight-end Dalton Kincaid, and running back James Cook.
