Here is the latest on injury news from Sunday during Week 4 of the NFL season.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Shaquille Leonard's season debut ended quickly Sunday.
The three-time All-Pro linebacker made his first appearance since undergoing back surgery in June then left in the second quarter after colliding with one of his Indianapolis Colts teammates on a Tennessee touchdown.
Leonard stayed on the ground for several minutes before trainers helped him walk from the field to the locker room where he was eventually diagnosed with a concussion. He finished the game with two tackles.
Leonard missed all of the Colts' off-season activities with an ankle injury that bothered him since his rookie season. He had back surgery to alleviate the ankle pain.
The surgery forced Leonard to miss all of training camp, the entire preseason and Indy's first three regular-season games even though he was a full participant at practice most of September.
He started the day with 538 tackles, the third most in the NFL since 2018, and 17 forced fumbles since 2018, second behind only Pittsburgh's T.J. Watt (21).
LONDON (AP) — Minnesota Vikings rookie Lewis Cine was carted off the field with a leg injury late in the first quarter against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
Cine, the 32nd pick overall in last spring's NFL draft out of Georgia, was blocking on a punt return when he sustained the injury.
Cine clutched his left leg as he went down. Players from both teams took a knee as medical professionals stabilized Cine's lower left leg and put him on a cart to leave the field.
The Vikings immediately ruled him out.
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — New England Patriots quarterback Brian Hoyer's first start since 2020 will come against a Green Bay Packers secondary that's missing star cornerback Jaire Alexander.
The Packers included Alexander among their list of inactive players for Sunday afternoon's game. Alexander had been listed as questionable on Friday's injury report after he injured his groin early in the Packers' 14-12 victory at Tampa Bay.
Hoyer is starting in place of Mac Jones, who injured his left ankle last week in a 37-26 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The Patriots had announced Friday that Jones wouldn't be playing against the Packers.
The Patriots also won't have wide receiver Jakobi Meyers, who is missing a second straight game with a knee injury. Meyers had caught 13 passes for 150 yards in New England's first two games.
Hoyer has a 16-23 record as a starting quarterback, a mark that includes 11 consecutive losses.
The 36-year-old veteran's most recent start came in 2020 when he filled in during New England's 26-10 loss at Kansas City with Cam Newton unavailable because of a positive COVID-19 test.
New England's list of inactive players also includes defensive tackle Lawrence Guy, cornerback Jalen Mills and defensive back Joshuah Bledsoe.
Green Bay's inactive players are Alexander, offensive tackle Rasheed Walker, offensive guard Sean Rhyan, wide receiver Samori Toure and defensive tackle Jonathan Ford.
Packers offensive tackle Yosh Nijman is active for Sunday's game. The Packers had ruled him questionable on Saturday because of an illness.
ATLANTA (AP) — The Cleveland Browns will be without both starting defensive ends for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons after listing Jadeveon Clowney as inactive.
Clowney will miss his second consecutive game with an ankle injury. He didn't practice this week and had been listed as questionable.
On Saturday, the Browns ruled out Myles Garrett, giving him more time to recover from multiple injuries suffered when he crashed his Porsche on Monday. Garrett hurt his shoulder, biceps, had several cuts and bruises, and broke a blood vessel in his left eye when he lost control while speeding. His car veered into a ditch, hit a fire hydrant and flipped several times.
Rookie Alex Wright and Isaac Rochell are expected to start at defensive end.
The defense lost starting linebacker Anthony Walker Jr. to a season-ending quadriceps injury in last week's win over Pittsburgh.
Cornerback Denzel Ward (back, ribs) and linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (groin) are active after missing practice earlier this week.
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) — Chicago Bears kicker Cairo Santos was inactive for Sunday's game against the New York Giants because of personal reasons.
Santos missed practice on Thursday and Friday. The Bears signed kicker Michael Badgley to the practice squad and then promoted him to the active roster ahead of Sunday's game.
Santos had made all four of his field goals attempts this season, including a game-winning 30-yarder against Houston Texans last Sunday.
Badgley, who was signed as an undrafted free agent out of Miami by the Colts in 2018, has played for the Chargers and Titans.
The Bears also had starting running back David Montgomery and linebacker Matt Adams out.
The Giants had defensive lineman Leonard Williams, receivers Wan'Dale Robinson and Kadarius Toney and cornerback Cor'Dale Flot out. Cornerback Aaron Robinson, who started the opener, was to return to the lineup after missing two games with appendicitis.
