Buffalo Bills receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling suffered a neck sprain in Saturday's pre-season victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports.
The veteran receiver recorded one reception for eight yards before leaving the game in the second quarter after a tackle by defensive back Thomas Graham.
The Bills also lost quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, defensive tackle Austin Johnson, tight end Quintin Morris and defensive end Javon Solomon during the game.
Valdes-Scantling signed a one-year contract with Buffalo during the off-season after spending the last two seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs.
