Veteran backup Colt McCoy will handle duties under centre for the Cardinals on Monday Night Football against the San Francisco 49ers.
McCoy will start his second straight game after throwing for 238 yards and one touchdown in a 27-17 win over the Los Angeles Rams in week 10.
The 36-year-old completed 70.3 per cent of his passes in his fourth career start with Arizona.
