Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady may not be stepping away from football at the age of 45 like he had initially planned.
According to Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, Brady is considering all options for the 2023 season. Brady could be heading for the second free agency of his career in March.
Re-signing with the Bucs, testing free agency as well as stepping away from an illustrious 20-year career that brought him seven SuperBowl rings would all be on the table.
Rapoport and Pelissero further reported that the 45-year-old has regained his usual confidence following his heavily publicized divorce with Gisele Bundchen. In Bucs practice, Brady has asked for more competitive 1-on-1 reps.
Brady led Tampa to a 17-16 comeback win over the New Orleans Saints last Monday Night where he threw for 281 yards and two touchdowns.
Brady already has a post-playing career move set up as the quarterback agreed to a 10-year broadcasting deal with FOX Sports back in May.
