Seven years later, and RiRi’s still got it.
In a highly anticipated return to the stage, Rihanna delivered a thrilling performance on the biggest of them all: the Super Bowl halftime show.
The 34-year-old pop star promised the show would be "jam-packed" before her performance. I mean, how could it not be with her long list of hits to choose from?
Either way, she wasn’t kidding.
Sporting a puffy red jumpsuit, Rihanna kicked the show off on a floating platform in the middle of the stadium singing "B*tch Better Have My Money," before diving into "Where Have You Been," "Only Girl (In the World)," and hitting all the notes on classics like "Work," "Run This Town" and "Umbrella," just to name a few.
To wrap up the show, which was a fully solo effort, she sang "Diamond" to the backdrop of fireworks.
Adding to the matter, turns out Rihanna also used the performance to reveal that she's pregnant with a second child, a representative confirmed to The Associated Press after the show.
Everyone from athletes and celebrities to a hockey team based in the Capital of Canada had something to say about the nine-time Grammy winner's performance. Here are some of the best reactions:
