Avalanche acquire F Rydahl from Rangers in trade for F Blidh

The Colorado Avalanche have acquired centre Gustav Rydahl from the New York Rangers for winger Anton Blidh.

The 28-year-old Rydahl hasn't played in the NHL. He has seven goals and eight assists in 40 games for AHL Hartford this season.

Blidh has no points in 14 games with the Avalanche and six goals and six assists in 36 games for AHL Colorado.

Blidh has four goals and eight assists in 84 career NHL games for the Avalanche and Boston Bruins.
