The Colorado Avalanche signed defenceman Oliver Kylington to a one-year, $1.05 million contract on Monday.
Kylington, who previously played with the Calgary Flames, missed the 2022-23 season and the first half of 2023-24 due to personal reasons. After rejoining the Flames, Kylington registered three goals and five assists in 33 games and was a finalist for the Bill Masterton Trophy.
The 27-year-old from Stockholm was drafted in the second round, 60th overall, by Calgary in 2015.
He recorded 55 points (17 goals and 38 assists) in 201 games over six seasons with the Flames.
