The Colorado Avalanche have inked forward Jayson Megna to a one-year deal, the club announced Saturday.
The 30-year-old spent the majority of the 2019-20 season with the AHL’s Colorado Eagles, posting 18 goals and 34 points through 43 games.
Megna appeared in eight games at the NHL level for Colorado, and has logged a total of 121 career NHL appearances during stints with the Avalanche, Vancouver Canucks, New York Rangers and Pittsburgh Penguins. He has 20 career points in that span.
The terms of his new deal with Colorado were not officially disclosed.
