The Colorado Avalanche have signed forward Ivan Ivan to a two-year contract, the club announced Tuesday.
Currently on an AHL contract, Ivan's new deal is for the 2024-25 and 2025-26 seasons.
The 21-year-old Czech has recorded 27 points (12 goals and 15 assists) in 51 games this season with the Colorado Eagles.
Before turning professional, Ivan spent three seasons with the Cape Breton Eagles of the QMJHL. He collected 90 points (33 goals and 57 assists) during the 2022-23 season, serving as an alternate captain.
Undrafted to the NHL, Ivan joined the Avalanche as a tryout during training camp in September.
